I started this business to help individuals needing support toward mental wellbeing transform their lives from the inside out. I chose the term Ashe’ to represent this work because it speaks to the heart of what we hope to accomplish. Ashe' has its origins in the Yoruba language of Nigeria and among its many definitions, it means the power to create what you speak. That’s the goal for every person that we interact with; that they stand empowered through their experience with us to know that they can create the life they believe for themselves and understand, as we do, that history is not destiny. Our mission is to help heal and restore hope and wellness to those lost in the cycle of addiction and mental illness as they navigate the road to recovery, while partnering with future generations to build qualified therapist.
